NIDC is excited to invite the community to National Night Out 2026, an evening dedicated to strengthening neighborhood connections and building positive relationships between residents and local law enforcement.

Hosted by the 49th Precinct and the 49th Precinct Community Council, this free family-friendly event will take place on Tuesday, August 4, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Loreto Park (1100 Morris Park Ave., between Haight and Tomlinson Avenues).

Community members of all ages are encouraged to attend and enjoy an evening filled with food, games, entertainment, and opportunities to meet local NYPD officers in a welcoming and engaging environment. National Night Out is a nationwide initiative that promotes community partnerships and neighborhood safety while bringing families together for a fun summer celebration.
