The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP)

A federal program administered by the USDA. Eligible individuals can apply online to receive a month’s worth of free food through local food banks or pantries. This program does not compete with SNAP—once SNAP benefits are restored, TEFAP assistance can continue.

Free Formula Exchange

A nationwide mutual aid program for parents and caregivers in need of infant formula.

You can donate or request formula at no cost.

Food Apps

Purchase surprise food bags from nearby stores and restaurants for a fraction of the cost while helping to reduce food waste.
