The Eastchester Gardens Community Center, operated by NIDC for over 13 years in partnership with NY DYCD’s Cornerstone Program, is a hub where residents of all ages can come together to learn, grow, and build a stronger community.
The Community Center offers a wide range of free programs designed to support youth, families, and adults.
With additional amenities like a game room, computer room, and fitness room, The Center is a gathering place for everyone in the community.
AfterSchool + Camp
Providing academic support, enrichment activities, and social-emotional learning for K-5 students.
Youth Sports + Activities
From the court to the stage, our youth sports and extracurricular programs build confidence, teamwork, and lifelong skills.
Community Classes
Residents have the opportunity to start their own classes and clubs, fostering a sense of ownership and engagement.
Teen Programming
Helping young people build confidence, leadership skills, and a path to success.
Tournaments + Events
Including Back-to-School Backpack Giveaway, Haunting Halloween, Holiday Toy Giveaway, and more.
Adult Sports + Activities
We provide open gym, leagues, and structured sports programs for adults, along with The Zone, a social and wellness space for ages 21 and older.
