NIDC Recognized with MetroPlusHealth's Making a Difference Award
Neighborhood Initiatives Development Corporation (NIDC) is honored to have received the Making a Difference Award from MetroPlusHealth in recognition of the organization's continued commitment to serving Bronx communities.
The award was presented during a recognition event on June 30, where MetroPlusHealth honored three Bronx organizations for their outstanding service and positive impact throughout the borough. Representing NIDC at the event were Amy and Jessica Toro, Director of Community Engagement, who accepted the award on behalf of the organization.
This recognition reflects the dedication of NIDC's staff, partners, and supporters who work every day to strengthen neighborhoods through community engagement, youth development, family support, economic development, and social services. Together, these efforts continue to create meaningful opportunities and lasting impact for Bronx residents.
