Family Support Network Hosts: Understanding the Diagnosis–Early Indicators of Neurodiversity
On November 24th, the Family Support Network (FSN) held the 3rd in a a year-long virtual workshop series focused on Understanding Neurodiversity–what it is and what it means for children’s development.
Delving Deeper into Neurodiversity through a 10-month Series of Virtual Worshops
The third session, Understanding the Diagnosis–Common Neurodiverse Conditions, gave parents and caregivers more detailed information on a range of neurodivergent diagnosis, including autism, ADHD and dyslexia, and how to get the help and support that would best meet their child’s needs. Health Educator Cassandra Turner joined the workshop as guest moderator and encouraged participants to share their experiences and ask questions.
This was the third in the year-long series, which parents and caregivers are welcome to join at any time.
