NIDC at the neighborhood preservation coalition conference

From September 15-17, 2025, NIDC participated in the Neighborhood Preservation Coalition Conference in Poughkeepsie, NY. Representing NIDC were William Foster, Executive Director; Erica Hutchek, Director of Social Services; and Lauren Rojas, Tenant Support Services. They joined colleagues from our parent organization, West Bronx Housing, including Executive Director Josh Stevenson.

The event brought together organizations from across New York State to share ideas, hear from inspiring guest speakers, and strengthen our collective work to support and preserve vibrant communities.
