Free puppet show in Bronx park was entertaining for all!

It was a beautiful afternoon on Sept 6th as over 50 children and adults alike gathered to watch the Pippi Longstocking Puppet Show at Bronx Park Oscar Comrass Mall.

Hosted by The White Plains BID in partnership with the City Parks Foundation and the New York Public Library Mobile Library Van, it was a magical day filled with storytelling. Not only did families enjoy the outdoor puppetry, children also went home with free back packs to start the school year and their own copies of Pippi Longstocking books, donated by NYPL.
