Bringing Community Together at the Easter Egg Hunt
Laughter, excitement, and community spirit filled Compass Mall at Bronx Park East as families gathered for NIDC’s Easter Egg Hunt on April 4, 2026.
The event brought together more than 500 community members, including over 300 children, for a morning of celebration, connection, and fun. Designed to unite residents and local businesses, the event created a welcoming space for families to engage with one another while enjoying a festive holiday experience.
Children participated in a variety of activities before the highly anticipated egg hunt, while parents and caregivers had the opportunity to connect with vendors and access valuable community resources. This balance of fun and information allowed families to enjoy the day while also learning about services available to support them.
In partnership with Full Element Martial Arts and Everlasting Church, the event highlighted the importance of collaboration in creating meaningful experiences for the community. Together, partners helped bring energy and engagement to the celebration, making it a memorable day for attendees of all ages.
