NIDC is proud to announce our first Care Closet!

A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held at PS/MS 89 on Thursday, January 29th to officially launch the first NIDC Care Closet, which will provide students and families with basic essentials, including toiletries and hygiene products, shelf stable food items, school supplies and clothing such as socks, hats, gloves and t-shirts. 

Thank you to Christina Zagarino along with longtime Bronx resident and NIDC's own Hazel Miura for their generosity to launch this program!
