At NIDC, we believe in the power of storytelling to inspire young minds. Our Author Meet & Greet series brings writers into schools, giving students the opportunity to engage with authors, explore new ideas, and see themselves reflected in powerful stories.
Family Vision Boarding Event
On January 22nd, NIDC Family Support Network hosted a Family Vision Board Workshop at PS77. About 20 parents and their families came together for an afternoon of creativity, connection, and goal setting.

Our Health Hub seeks to bring mental/physical health education and resources to the communities we serve. The Social Determinants of Health paradigm shows that “lived experiences” represent 70% of the causative factors impacting health, many of which changes in lifestyle or regular screenings may negate.
